Product Guarantee
Southern Aluminum guarantees to the original purchaser that the standard products we manufacture will be free of any defect in original material and workmanship under normal use in normal conditions for as long as you own the products. In the unlikely event such defect occurs, Southern Aluminum will repair or replace the product at Southern Aluminum's discretion upon inspection, providing the product has not been misused, altered, damaged, or abused. Southern Aluminum declines responsibility where repairs have been attempted or made by others. This warranty does not extend to custom-made products specially made by specific customer request.
This warranty covers the materials and framework and any folding mechanism. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on top surfaces or edges. There does not exist any surface in these general products manufactured by Southern Aluminum, or any of its competitors, which is completely scratch resistant. This warranty also excludes the laminate tops of the Designer Series tables (the laminates have a five-year warranty), the carpeting on our portable stages and choral risers, and the vinyl covering on our Lux Pad tables.
